Shenzhen Lighting Inc. warrants its new, factory certified products and its parts against defects in material during the specified warranty period. During this period, Shenzhen Lighting will, at its sole option, repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to you.This excludes shipping or installation, field support labor or loss of profit, incoming or revenue.
Shenzhen Lighting Inc. ("Shenzhen Lighting") warrants all Shenzhen Lighting brand products, including lighting products, LED modules, LED sign and power supply which you have purchased directly from Shenzhen Lighting or from Shenzhen Lighting authorized distributors to be free from defects in materials under normal use during the warranty period. The customer will process warranty service with Shenzhen Lighting’s distributor if they purchased from them.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS NORMAL USAGE ONLY. SHENZHEN LIGHTING DOES NOT WARRANT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, VIRUSES, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE OR PARTS, OR THE COMBINATION OF SHENZHEN LIGHTING BRANDED PRODUCTS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SOFTWARE OR NON-SHENZHEN LIGHTING BRANDED PRODUCTS. THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PROVIDES ANY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO SOFTWARE OR NON-SHENZHEN LIGHTING BRANDED PRODUCTS.
LED Down Light purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of three (3) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED down light fail within first three years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.
LED Retrofit-kit purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED Retrofit-kit fail within first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.
This limited warranty is valid only when the LED products and Mean Well brand power supply used together.
LED UFO high bay purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED UFO high bay fail within first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.
LED wall pack purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED wall pack fail within first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.
LED Street light purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED street light fail within first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.
LED rope light is warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only when the LED products and Shenzhen Lighting brand accessories used together.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at Shenzhen Lighting’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply any others involved installation, remove or replacement caused by LED rope light.
LED Message Board and LED Sign purchased in the United States and Canada is warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED Message Board and LED sign fail within first years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding shipping cost.
Shenzhen Lighting brand modules are warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only when the LED products and Shenzhen Lighting brand Power supply used together.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at Shenzhen Lighting’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
LED flex tube JE-00XY-FN and power supplies are warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only when the LED products and Shenzhen Lighting brand Power supply used together.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at Shenzhen Lighting’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply any others involved installation, remove or replacement caused by LED flex tubes.
MJ series LED driver (power supplies) is warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at Shenzhen Lighting’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply any others involved installation, remove or replacement caused by LED drivers.
HM series LED controllers and dimmers are warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only when the LED controller, LED dimmer and Shenzhen Lighting brand Power supply used together.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at Shenzhen Lighting’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply any others involved installation, remove or replacement caused by LED controllers and LED dimmers.
LED Wall Washer and LED strip is warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only when the LED products and Shenzhen Lighting brand Power supply used together.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will repair or replace defective parts with new or, at Shenzhen Lighting’s option, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply any others involved installation, remove or replacement caused by LED Wall Washer and LED strip.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products:
Customer shall request DOA merchandise to be replaced within 5 days from the date of the original invoice.
Customer must request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
For the DOA product within 5 days from the date of the corresponding invoice issued.
Regular RMA(In-Warranty Products):
This provision excludes products, which defects are caused by customer and/or carrier’s mishandling.
The following described products are excluded from repair service, and are advised not to be sent back to ShenZhen Lighting for repair as they are deemed not repairable:
products found bent, corroded, deformed, mildewed, broken, rusted, scratched PC board surface or of similar conditions.
Procedures
Customer shall email the detail information of defective products to info@shenzhenlighting.com
The information should include returned quantity, model# problem description and your contact information.
RMA# will be emailed you with instructions.
Prepare Products Return for Service
BOX or CARTON
When returning a product back to ShenZhen Lighting it should be boxed and packed in the original packing to prevent damage in transit. If original is not available a comparable corrugated box/carton and foam packing should be used to prevent damage to the product during shipping. Damaged product will be refused.
SINGLE PACKAGE SHIPPING
ShenZhen Lighting recommends the use of the original corrugated box/carton and foam packing.
If original box/carton is not available, pack in a double walled corrugated box/carton, which can with stand the weight of the product.
For best results contact your carrier for their packing and shipping guidelines.
Discrepancies
Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly to the carrier by the shipper.
ShenZhen Lighting will notify the customer within 2-4 business days of any damage or non-ShenZhen Lighting product received ShenZhen Lighting reserves the right to refuse any shipment, which is suspected of damage.
RMA Turn-Around Time
ShenZhen Lighting RMA department will retain 5-10 business day in our facility to process your RMA.
In order to ensure a fast turn-around time, the products that are shipped back to the customers will be replacements of the same models as returned RMA or the same product as returned RMA. ShenZhen Lighting will decide either way without notice.
Freight Charge
ShenZhen Lighting and customer, each party will pay for one-way shipping for depot repair and replacement in warranty period.
Customer will pay round trip charge for out of warranty repair.
Customer could request return for credit ONLY if conditions below are met:
Bought from the distributor of Shenzhen Lighting and/or Shenzhen Lighting
Bought within 7 days from the invoice date subject to a 15% restocking fee
Must pay all shipping costs and ship back first
A RMA number will be issued to customer prior to return
Out of Warranty
Customer is responsible for all parts, labor and shipping charges.

Damages
All damages must be reported and noted on the bill of lading same day product is received, and faxed to us immediately in order to properly file a claim report. Otherwise, Customer is responsible for all incurred repair costs, which may include: labor, parts, and all related shipping charges.
Shenzhen Lighting retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to determine if damages are covered by the warranty. In case of a claim that is not covered by the warranty, you will be contacted to determine whether Shenzhen Lighting should repair the damage for a fee or whether the product should be returned to you as received by Shenzhen Lighting.
